The knowledge and experience I've gained throughout the program have been extremely beneficial to my professional career.​ Self-evaluation is an important part of my personal and professional development. Tracking my competencies is extremely important for my development as a professional because I will eventually want to have mastered most of these skills. I believe my level of competency in IDD&E has significantly improved. In just about every category, my level was low to medium and needed more improvement. Perhaps it is the management that requires the most attention. Many applications, such as design management and project management, have been used in the field of management. I've been involved in a number of group projects, and in some of them, I've held a leadership position. Dealing with real-world project problems provides the learner with more practical experience. Due to ten years of professional experience as a teacher, the Department of Professional Foundations, Planning and Analysis, Design and Development, and Implementation and Evaluation was one of the areas that demonstrated greater growth and development. Finding innovative and critical solutions to many potential problems has become eassier. During the various class assignments, this program also taught me how to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate most problems.
